We now know that GWB actually enjoys his rugs, and given a chance to meet some really facinating scientists that he'd rather show off the White House rug collection. Perhaps it is nostalgia for that first decision in the White House, the home of decision-makers. His own text was damning enough, but, oh, that he makes us all long for Bill Clinton is just incredible.
