I need this.
I may bust something. I just found this “Holiday Camper” home, as they apparently call them in the UK. It is a trailer. A wonderfully tiny (36 X 20 ft), 2 bedroom, modern design, prefab, teak-bathroom-having, portable house with a deck. I need this. You have no idea how badly I need this. I am the target customer - me! Perhaps it’s my gypsy heritage, or maybe I’ve spent too much time reading Little House on the Prairie (as if that’s possible, and for the record I like The Long Winter best), but I have always wanted to live in a tiny, portable house. Even before I knew of such things. I have considered living on a boat, but unfortunately find them to be mostly surrounded by water.
I found this at Retreat 30 minutes ago and I have been whimpering - whimpering in agony! - that I do not have this right now. If I had this house, I would love it, and pet it, and move all my stuff into it … and always bring it with me wherever I move. Just thinking about it makes me happy. I mean just look at it’s little wheels! Makes your heart melt, right? I swear I’m going to bust something - I’m going to bust a move and get me one of these things, STAT.
